Refund & Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations on any orders.

Size exchanges are available only for customers in Lebanon. We provide size exchanges within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  

• Exchanges are limited to size only.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To request a size exchange, please contact us via Instagram Direct Messaging (@commelabrune) with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.

For international orders, refunds and exchanges are not available.
